Join us in 2022 as Mike and Bridget continue the tradition with this year’s Annual Paesano Fundraising Dinner
Paesano Italian Restaurant owners Mike & Bridget Roddy are close friends of St. Louis Center. Each year since 2008 they thoughtfully reserve a private dining room in their popular Ann Arbor restaurant and offer the services and expertise of Chefs Wade Grysban and Caleb Jones who prepare an exclusive meal. In the past, the five-course meal has paid special tribute to one of the Servants of Charity priests and their heritage but is now expanding to honor friends and supporters.
This year we honor Nancy Graebner!
Nancy Graebner, former CEO of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, has contributed generously to St. Louis Center. Through event sponsorships, volunteering, and her participation on the Community Advisory Committee, she has supported the Center in many ways. When speaking about St. Louis Center, she said,
“My involvement with St. Louis Center provides me the opportunity to advocate for one of God’s most precious gifts in our community – the gift of the residents who are filled with gratitude, joy and love. You have not experienced a joyful hug until you have been hugged by a St. Louis Center resident. The Center keeps me focused on what is truly important in this life – love, mercy, charity and gratitude. The St. Louis Center residents deserve the best that this life has to give and I enjoy spending my time doing my best to be their advocate and voice in the community. St. Louis Center is a very special place where minds, bodies and spirits are healed and loved.”

Strozzapreti pasta with chicken sausage, rapini greens, veal veloute, and aged Sartori Savecchio cheese

Pork Short Ribs
Citrus bacon – bourbon glazed pork short ribs with raddichio, apple, fennel pecan slaw
4th Course
Lemoncello Cheesecake
Topped with macerated cherries, creme chantilly
