St. Louis Center Family Association gives heart-felt thanks to Center staff

It’s always important to recognize and appreciate the hard work of employees, and Valentine’s Day is the perfect occasion to do so. This year, the Family Association decided to show their gratitude by making cookies for all the employees at St. Louis Center.

The association worked together to bake and decorate a variety of cookies, including a batch of gluten-free cookies. They packaged the cookies in individual bags as a thank-you to employees for their hard work and dedication.

Three mature women in the St. Louis Center gymOn Valentine’s Day, three association members set up a distribution table for the cookies in the gym.  The employees were delighted and touched by the gesture, and the family association was thrilled to be able to express their appreciation in such a sweet way.

The family association’s gesture serves as a reminder of the importance of expressing appreciation and gratitude to those around us. Small acts of kindness can go a long way in brightening someone’s day, and Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to do just that. Whether it’s with cookies, a thoughtful note, or simply a smile, expressing love and appreciation can make a big impact on those around us.

This act of kindness not only showed appreciation for the employees’ hard work but also brought the family association members closer together as they worked towards a common goal. The act of baking and decorating cookies was a fun and enjoyable activity that brought them together as a team, and the joy they brought to others only added to the sense of fulfillment.
