Join us in 2023 as Mike and Bridget continue the tradition with this year’s Annual Paesano Fundraising Dinner
Paesano Italian Restaurant owners Mike & Bridget Roddy are close friends of St. Louis Center. Each year since 2008 they thoughtfully reserve a private dining room in their popular Ann Arbor restaurant and offer the services and expertise of Chefs Wade Grysban and Caleb Jones who prepare an exclusive meal. In the past, the five-course meal has paid special tribute to one of the Servants of Charity priests and their heritage but is now expanding to honor friends and supporters.
This year, we honor Howdy Holmes, CEO of Chelsea Milling Company and popular Jiffy Mix.
After a chance encounter between Howdy’s Mom and a St. Louis School resident on a bus in Toledo in the 1960s, she vowed that Chelsea Milling would always be there for the Center, “In a Jiffy”. Howdy continued his mother’s vow and passed this on to his successor. Please join us to thank Howdy and the Holmes family!

1st Course – Salad
Antipasto Salad with Broccolini and Green-Olive Tapenade
Crisp iceberg lettuce, milky mozzarella, spicy-tangy pepperoncini and salty olives and salami. Served with house-made rolls and butter.
2nd Course – Main
Neopolitan Pork Rolotini (Braciole di Maiale)
Sliced pork rolled up around a filling of cheese, prosciutto, raisins, and pine nuts. Serves with mashed potatoes with gravy and summer zucchini sauté.
3rd Course – Dessert
Summer Sicilian Zabaglione
Topper with Strawberries. Served with coffee, tea, or cappuccino.
Vino Bianco & Vino Rosso specially selected.
