Bradley Herblet is an imaginative young man. He loves building things with Legos and enjoys listening to music; he enjoys music so much that he learned to play the keyboard. “I like playing the keyboard a lot. I learned it a long time ago.”

Bradley has had a lot of change in the past year. He moved to St. Louis Center in March 2024 and began attending the Chelsea High School Young Adult program. During his time in the program, his teacher, Jason King, took him to the Chelsea City Offices to volunteer.

Before he graduated from high school in May 2025, Jason helped him create a position at the Chelsea City offices. To get to work each Tuesday, he uses the WAVE bus. Lyn Sebestyen, City Clerk, said, “ Bradley is working on a special project for us. He scans and files documents. Bradley is reliable, thorough, and doesn’t need much direction. He is very pleasant to work with.”

Bradley is hoping that there will be continuing opportunities for him when he finishes the project he is currently working on.
