Dear Friends of St. Louis Center,
Greetings in the name of the Lord!
As the weather becomes colder and the holiday busy-ness begins, let us reflect on what we hold most dear. I find it too easy to get swept up in the details of a busy work schedule that I must remind myself why I am here. I am here to further the mission of those who came before me, of St. Louis Guanella, and ultimately, of Christ. Each and every one of us can do this by showing kindness and compassion to those around us.
In a time when the world appears so cold, both physically and metaphorically, I urge you to rekindle the kindness of Christ. I hope that no level of differences will keep you from embracing the mission of our Lord. I urge you to bring your neighbor close, for it is the practical and actionable show of love that allows us to combat all levels of discontent. When considering how you can act out the mission of Christ, I hope you consider joining St. Louis Center in our work physically, financially, and spiritually.
Also, a special thank you to all who support us throughout this wonderful giving season.
