Our remarkable volunteers fulfill a wide range of needs that allow us to provide the highest level of care for our residents. Thank you to the many volunteers who have joined St. Louis Center in furthering its mission.
The Klovski Family first became involved in 2010 when Ken joined the Center’s Legacy Campaign Committee. Ken was able to help the committee navigate the $10 million Capital Campaign. This work led to the renovation of several buildings on the campus and the realization of St. Louis Guanella Village.
Stacey joined the Fall Dinner Auction Committee, acted as language coach for Fr. Leo, Fr. Franklin, and Fr. Amal, and offered advice on interior decorating projects.
Influenced by his parents’ example of service and charity, their son Jack has grown up giving his time and talent to the Center. He has helped with logistics for fundraising events, shooting drone photography, and technology support.
in 2016 the whole family made formal Promises as Guanellian Cooperators. Ken has been the president of the Cooperators ever since. He thoroughly enjoys his involvement with the group because it allows him to grow in his faith as he offers service to others.
In recent years, their efforts have included event committees, technology projects, maintenance projects, and running errands for the kitchen.
In 2024, Ken joined the St. Louis Center Community Advisory Council where he offers more support and guidance to further the mission of the Center. He also organized nine ‘Dine to Donate’ events at area restaurants. He plans to schedule more of these events throughout 2025. They provide a means of fellowship and fundraising for the Center.
The Klovski family are invaluable members of the team of volunteers that support the Center.
