On May 13th, the St. Louis Center staff was treated to a thoughtful surprise from the SLC Family Association. Arriving early with a spread of homemade treats, snacks, and even lottery tickets, four Family Association members stayed throughout the day to rotate through shifts, ensuring every staff member had the chance to be recognized and appreciated. SLC staff feel so lucky to have the ongoing support of the family members of residents.
A Place for Everyone
While the day was filled with fun and treats, it also highlighted something deeper: the strong sense of community at St. Louis Center. Events like this, along with volunteer days and community workshops, reflect the shared commitment to creating a welcoming environment for residents and staff. At St. Louis Center we aim to cultivate a culture where everyone feels welcomed and appreciated.
