Homes

St. Louis Center is a CARF accredited home and service provider to boys, men and women with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There are children’s homes and homes for adults. All of our homes are licensed through the State of Michigan.

Kay & Russ' House

Kay & Russ' House is for a home for boys age 5 to 19 with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Each person has his own bedroom with a bathroom. The home has a central living and dining room space and a fully-equipped kitchen. The home is also equipped with a therapy room, secured backyard and patio. The home is located in St. Louis Guanella Village on a tree-lined street.

Paul & Helen's House

Paul & Helen's House is for a home for boys age 5 to 19 with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Each person has his own bedroom with a bathroom. The home has a central living and dining room space and a fully-equipped kitchen. The home is also equipped with a therapy room, secured backyard and patio. The home is located in St. Louis Guanella Village on a tree-lined street.

St. Joseph Hall

St. Joseph Hall is “up the hill” from K of C Hall and is situated in a serene, wooded setting that overlooks the entire grounds. This home is for adult men with intellectual and developmental disabilities over the age of 18. The primarily open-concept layout fosters independence and self-sufficiency.

Knights of Columbus House

Knights of Columbus House is for a home for boys age 5 to 19 with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Each person has his own bedroom with a bathroom. The home is located in St. Louis Guanella Village on a tree-lined street.

Knights of Columbus (K of C) Hall

Knights of Columbus (K of C) Hall is next to our timeless Chapel and overlooks the Tranquility Garden and enclosed pond. It was designed for adult men ages 19 and over who require self-care services and are given regular opportunities to learn and reach their full potential.

Fr. Guanella Hall

Fr. Guanella Hall for Assisted Living was renovated in 2014 to anticipate and answer the unique needs of the aging adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Here residents age with dignity and independence, yet always with the assistance or supervision that may be needed with the activities of daily life. Fr. Guanella Hall is comprised of two residences: Fr. Guanella Hall for men and Our Lady of Providence Hall for women. Fr. Guanella Hall is the first of many homes in the St. Louis Guanella Village.
