The Board of Directors of St. Louis Center has traditionally consisted of members of the local Servants of Charity Congregation who have accepted responsibility for the governing and policy making responsibilities required under the Michigan Public Acts of 1931 and 1972 respectively. In 2008-09, the Board will be expanding and will be adding two at-large positions from the laity to their Board of Directors.

Community Advisory Council

The Board of Directors of St. Louis Center has long been supported by its Community Advisory Council, which consists of a fifteen (15) member group of lay advisors who assist with financial reporting and development strategies throughout the year on a monthly basis.
